Erica mentions that it must be REALLY hot outside, considering that Kendall is wearing a strapless dress (as if the weather EVER has ANY affect whatsoever on what women in Pine Valley wear -- it could be -20 degrees outside and Kendall would have worn the exact same thing). Kendall does agree that it's very hot outside. Yet in the next instant, when we see Greenlee and Zach, they are all bundled up on the waterfront.

Greenlee says she felt good last night for the first time in WEEKS. Is she saying that she and Aidan broke up WEEKS ago? The shooting happened LAST FRIDAY and it's only been 2-3 days MAX. Krystal is still wearing the same dress FGS!

I couldn't believe it when Jake told Angie not to EVER talk that way to him in front of a patient again -- EVER! Excuse me? HE was the one who butted in on a private appointment, contradicted the doctor doing the exam, counseled the patient otherwise and completely ignored Angie's orders to him to LEAVE and discuss it at some time other than right then and there. If ANYONE would be justified in saying those words, it would be ANGIE! She was WAAAY too easy on him, although she did look like she suddenly understood something about his attitude.

Speaking of Jake's attitude, in a way it's understandable that he's being difficult to deal with (other than being classically SanctiMartinous). When someone gets back from an intense and long period of making instant decisions that can make the difference between life and death (such as returning from military duty, especially from a war zone), there's an adjustment period in getting used to civilian life again, and it can be hard to discuss things with that person because everything tends to be considered as black and white or, to quote Yoda, do or do not, there is no "try". It doesn't justify the way Jake treated Angie, but there IS a hint of realism to it in that respect.

Oh SNAP! Did you happen to catch the printing on the bottom of the poster on the wall over the mirror behind Jesse and Samuel (about 45 minutes into the program)? It was:

Why would Sam offer Jesse a job as Chief of Police in PV? Jesse hasn't BEEN a cop for TWENTY YEARS! In what way does he qualify for a job as the CHIEF of Police, other than being a local hero? How does doing every odd under-the-table job he could get without having to have legitimate ID prepare him for a job like that?

Oh look -- Krystal FINALLY changed her clothes! And that's a LOVELY dress she's wearing -- TIGHT and too dressy for daytime, but lovely, nonetheless. I've always loved that color!

What is it with Greenlee and balls? She's ALWAYS getting whacked in the head with them (just ask Josh)

Okay, I admit it -- I teared up when Kathy called Tad Daddy. MEK did a GREAT job conveying how much it affected him.
