Cassandra whines and says that because of Jesse she has no respect for the system now. NOW? How much respect did she have for the system when she kept her mouth shut about a hit and run that resulted in a death and then lied about it? I'd say her respect for the system wasn't there to begin with if she expects special treatment for her and her friends. I'm not saying she's a bad person, but it seemed like a petty thing to say under the circumstances. Definitely a TEENAGE thing to say, though.
I know she was trying to give them some space, but why would Krystal tell Angie and Cassandra to make the salad in the LIVING ROOM (or was it an entrance hall)? How the hell are they supposed to do that with no water to wash the veggies, no cutting boards, no bowls, no knives, etc.? What a ridiculous suggestion!
Annie makes an excuse for her hallucination of Richie by telling Ryan that she's just nervous because she hasn't played in a while. Yes she has -- she played at Zach's casino when Rob Gardner first came to town, which was only a few months ago. She needs to define "a while". You remember when that was -- she was trying to get laid by whoever would have her, which shouldn't have been difficult considering the gold dress that barely covered her nipples and had some sort of amazing structural engineering (or simply just Super Glue) to keep her breasts from falling out. Ryan was there and she ended up in bed with him, which kind of foiled her plans since she was trying to spite him in the first place.
It's the middle of summer and Krystal's lame suggestion to Angie and Cass about making the salad in the living room was that it was cooler there, and the women are certainly dressed for hot weather. So why is Colby wearing a zipped-up sweatshirt and sweatpants?
This baby is VERY important to Ryan -- it's just one of the many reasons that this pregnancy is doomed. I see either a hysterical pregnancy or a faked one in Annie's near future. Or just a dead Annie.
