Did you notice they were playing an updated version of "On Broadway" in the background when Lily came into BJ's and spoke to Zach? The stagehands on Broadway just went on strike -- could it be a nod to THAT strike somehow?
Why is Lily wearing that long necklace with the giant metal rings? Aside from the fact that that is TOTALLY not her style, the metal rings could EASILY bang into things every time she bends forward for anything, which would make a jarring noise to her sensitive ears. Ah, as soon as I took it off pause to continue watching after typing this, Lily explains that AVA picked out her outfit so she would look "hot" for Richie. Not sex hot, but interested hot. I don't see how that dopey-looking necklace would make a woman look hot, but then, I'm severely fashion-challenged.

I guess it never occurred to Ava to follow Lily to her date or let Jack know about it. Normally I would not advocate that, but Lily IS special and she DOES have problems that other people don't have. Shouldn't someone at least MEET with this TOTAL STRANGER who will theoretically be spending time with Lily? What if he wears red or makes loud noises or something otherwise sets her off and he doesn't know how to handle it? I'm surprised that Zach, as protective as he is, left her there although he IS pretty pre-occupied. I'm also assuming Lily takes the bus everywhere. Considering how well-off Jackson and Erica are, why don't they have someone to drive her around when she needs it? They can afford to have people to do that 24/7, after all.
If Ryan and Annie are so anxious to hear from this Tom guy, why didn't Ryan IMMEDIATELY start monitoring his email? I don't believe for a SECOND that he doesn't have access to his corporate email at home. And why did he give Tom his WORK email address to begin with? Wouldn't that make it EASIER for Richie to get wind of it since Richie works there? And lo and behold, Richie gets an alert on his phone about email to Ryan from Tom. HOW Richie gets that alert is still unknown, though. The alert conveniently tells Richie who the message is from, too. Apparently Tom, frightened for his very LIFE, is too stupid to think it through enough to sign up for an anonymous (not to mention FREE) Yahoo, Hotmail or Google account.
