Wow, that was a REALLY unflattering camera angle on Colby's bare feet. I was wondering why a GUY was wearing a dress and decided it must be the bottom of a bathrobe of someone about to step into the shower -- until the camera panned up and we could see that it was Colby wearing her blue party dress and pretending to haunt Sean.

So, did Tad doctor up a video and pay off the airport security guy to lie for him in order to discredit him in order to negate his previous testimony? Or is the video for real?

I have to say, Tad really DOES sound like he's gone over the edge in his hatred and need for revenge against Dixie. Which also could be real or contrived.
