I don't care HOW overwrought Dixie is over Emma, her behavior at
BJ's in front of the little girl was REPREHENSIBLE! I was GOING to
say that at least she eventually realized that she might have scared
the poor little thing, but then she just turned right about and
STALKED her to the Miranda Center where she insists on interacting
with the little girl without the mother's permission.
Why does Ryan instantly accuse TAD of getting Dixie's hopes up over
a DNA test done by HAYWARD, of all people? What part of "WE have
proof" didn't Ryan get. Yeah, Dixie IS (as always) dumb as dirt and
slightly hysterical at the moment, but Ryan acts (as always) as if
the little woman is not capable of forming her own opinions, and
that it's up to the menfolk (specifically HIM) to calm her down and
steer her in the right direction.
Some protective place the Miranda Center is -- ANYONE can just walk
into ANY area, despite the fact that there are women and children
HIDING OUT there. Don't they have so much as a RECEPTIONIST, if not
security people? For that matter, why aren't there any OTHER
children there?
AMC was broken into during the last few minutes for a special report
on the small plane that crashed into a building in NYC. Emma had
just told Dixie that her favorite colors were orange and yellow.
Dixie said that was cool. Then Dixie tentatively said: "Hey,
ya---", at which point the rest of the show was lost. What happened
after that point? (My guess is that she said something along the
lines of: "Ya know, Pine Valley is a MAGIC place. Lots of people
here have LOTS of mommies and daddies, not just one, and that makes
Pine Valley lots of FUN! Would YOU like to have more mommies and
daddies? No? Well how about just ONE more mommy and daddy? BTW,
can I call you Kate? It's just a nickname, like Honey or Sweetie
...")

just ignore her most of the time" Coutellier
