Erica is pretty smug about JAR not being able to do anything nasty
to her daughters or anyone else because he's in a hospital bed. He
DOES have minions, you know, and he WILL get out eventually, so how
is taunting him about being powerless FOR THE MOMENT helping matters
any?
That was some pretty good acting from SL with JAR -- I don't think
I've ever seen Erica seem so genuinely ANGRY without it seeming like
a big, grandiose act. For those brief bedside scenes, there was no
posing, no simpering, none of her usual ineffectual flailings -- she
was just PURE HATRED (JAR brings that out in people).
What's with the court order taking custody of the baby away from
Babe? I thought that when JAR signed over custody it was
"irrevocable" (not that some agency couldn't find her unfit at some
point).
If Miranda were to be kidnapped or otherwise be involved in
something that would make the headlines, would the PV Bulletin make
a headline that says "Erica Kane's Daughter's Daughter [insert
generic drama here]!!"?
Much as I abhor most of the things David is doing, I still got more
than a little satisfaction at seeing JAR TOTALLY at his evil mercy
and even found myself making helpful little suggestions for more
ways to stick it to JAR (like plopping himself down hard on the bed
next to JAR's shattered pelvis, and then bouncing around to adjust
to the position).

Time warp again! At the end of Monday's episode, Tad is told that
he can't see JAR just then because the doctor is seeing him. At the
beginning of Tuesday's show, though, Tad is at the roadside dive bar
trying to pick a fight, even though no time has passed from Dixie
knocking at the Chandler door and Erica and Jeff are kissing.
It's always amusing (or just plain pathetic) to see extras dancing
in the background to music that does not match, in ANY way, their
movements. That is, of course, because they are told to dance to
PRETEND music, which is then layered in later, but that doesn't make
it any less funny (or pathetic).
