Is it just because I only have analog cable, or is the film not only
badly done, but grainy? The sound is off, too, sounding kind of
hollow at times. WTF is wrong with them? Are ALL their technicians
on strike?

Dixie should REALLY consider losing that belt -- with that blouse,
it makes her look dumpy, especially since it's nowhere near her
actual WAIST.
I'm not sure what to make of Colby. She lies and manipulates so
much that it's hard to tell when she ISN'T lying. She obviously
exaggerates on how much of a tight leash Liza had her on and how
isolated she was. She claims she never had ANY friends and doesn't
know the first thing about socializing, yet look at the way she
dresses and makes herself up and how UTTERLY confident (not to
mention seductive) she is, no matter WHAT kind of con she's pulling.
You don't get that way in isolation, even if you DO watch a lot of
TV and read a lot of magazines and surf the internet. Is she
grilling Adam for sexual information because she's trying to make
him squirm or because she's really THAT clueless (again, NO one gets
her kind of attitude without any kind of exposure to the things she
professes to know nothing about)? Now she wants a Sweet Sixteen
party so she can meet people. How will they know whom to invite if
she doesn't know anyone?
Now JAR even admits that he's just as much of an asshole sober as he
is drunk. Is this admission supposed to soften up our attitude
toward him?
