(Monday)

If Babe isn't allowed near the baby, why is she able to just walk right into the Wildwind living room? Wouldn't "Security" have been warned to detain her unless it's pre-arranged? It's not like she doesn't have a HABIT of flouting all the rules whenever it suits her.

Babe re the baby: "He's gotten so tall!" Yeah, since .... yesterday -- or was it earlier in the same day?

Babe to JAR: "I'm going to follow the custody agreement every single step of the way." Of course you are -- that's why you unexpectedly just walked on into the room where the baby just happened to be, without calling first or even knocking, let alone being INVITED into the house.

Why is Lily freaking out? Fire isn't red. It's orange on occasion, but she has demonstrated a tolerance for just about every shade of red EXCEPT "really red", so fire shouldn't freak her out just for it's REDness -- for it's FIREness, yes, but not it's REDness. I suppose the wires in the heater getting red as they heated up might have done it, but she can't see that anymore, either. Of course, now that Aidan has rescued her, she has to see the red lights on the emergency vehicles.

Speaking of red lights on vehicles, why did Aidan think it was perfectly okay for her to walk home all alone, even if she SAID it was okay at NIGHT? Aside from all the OTHER attendant dangers, not to mention her being very upset, every single car that passes by will be showing RED taillights. There could be RED cars with RED taillights! There could be people on the streets wearing RED! There are RED stop signs on residential streets and RED streetlights at every intersection with a stoplight. Wildwind may be out in "the country", but Jackson lives in a loft in a converted warehouse building in a downtown area, so she would HAVE to navigate all these RED hazards in order to reach it. I'm STILL trying to figure out how she handles getting her period once a month. Honestly, this has got to be the STUPIDIST trigger they could have found under the circumstances. Not necessarily stupid as a trigger, but REALLY stupid for the way they have to work it into (or conveniently forget during) the storylines.

Adam and Palmer teaming up, all buddy-buddy just clanged like a partially melted cowbell. I can understand them both blasting Babe, but the WAY they did it and the fact that they did it TOGETHER was too distracting to have any kind of impact other than to make me focus on why on earth the writers thought this was a good idea, rather than have me root for or against Babe or even for or against Adam. They teamed up against Michael Cambias, but that was more "necessary" than anything else -- they aren't going to team up for any OTHER reason. Adam was in fine hissssssssssssssing form today, though.

What part of "we have to sedate her" don't Jackson and his entourage understand? Lily is focused on a couple of numbers and just keeps calmly repeating them. They all keep hammering at her to tell her what she's talking about and what had happened -- HELLO? She's SEDATED! At least she IS focused on something instead of just totally freaking out, so let her FOCUS already! Just leave her the hell alone for a while! Of course, they will probably use this as an excuse to ship her back to school. Never mind that she wouldn't keep having these things happen to her if ANY of them kept tabs on her and never left her unattended. Taking her out of school and then just leaving her to flounder without proper supervision on a regular basis is like leaving a 12-year-old boy alone with Michael Jackson in his bedroom -- criminally stupid, irresponsible and destined to end badly.

Edmund's heart stopped. As usual, the doctors in PV (except for Maria) give up on him alarmingly easily. After all, no one said "asystole", and we all know from watching ER that THAT is when all hope is lost. Of course, in Edmund's case, I can easily understand someone mistaking "asystole" for "asshole".

Robin "notice that Dr. Joe KEPT touching Lily anyway, even when it wasn't medically necessary?" Coutellier
