(Thursday & Friday)

Hah! I KNEW Ryan wasn't "leaving" leaving Greenlee, but just clamping onto his brother for a while.

Edmund is such an asshole. Good riddance to pompous, boring, sourpussy, self-righteous rubbish!

You ever notice they rarely strike anything from the record in court in PV? I've watched enough Court TV to know that lawyers usually limit what you say to a very CONSIDERABLE degree, so that even if you DO say something that should not "officially" be said or allowed in, it doesn't go into the record, so, on appeal, it's as if it is never said. In PV, whoever is on the stand is usually free to run off at the mouth about anything and everything that pops into their botoxed little head. Even when there are objections or bangs of the gavel by the judge, the witness just jabbers on like they're holding court (so to speak) in a cafe.

After typing the above, I was most pleasantly surprised to see Kendall's testimony severely curtailed by one of the lawyers AND the judge AND to hear that some stuff WAS ordered stricken from the record. It's about f**king TIME!

Why didn't either of the opposing attorneys bring up Kendall's perjury conviction (and PRISON time) in an effort to discredit her as a witness? Instead they merely said that Bianca was her sister so she was biased.

Considering all the time that has gone by, why didn't the Board of Cambias Industries want to have one of it's executives in Paris until NOW?

As always, the Carey women dress appropriately for court -- NOT! Babe is wearing a sundress (in February) and showing considerable cleavage (Krystal is showing even MORE cleavage, but then she has more to show). Apparently Babe thinks the little bolero jacket makes it conservative. And this is a CUSTODY hearing -- sheesh!

Aren't custody hearings supposed to be PRIVATE? Even people who are witnesses in court cases should be waiting OUTSIDE the courtroom until they are called. Not only are all kinds of people in the courtroom causing disruptions, but it's being TELEVISED! No fair! If they're going to televise custody cases, *I* want to see the custody trial between Michael Jackson and Debbie Rowe!
