WHOA! They need to lower the volume on the opening music. I had turned up the sound to hear the voices and was then BLASTED by the opening theme -- who do they think they are, Dish Network (if you've ever seen a Dish Network commercial for existing customers you know what I'm talking about)?

Erica is involuntarily committed to a hospital to detox, she's restrained and is yelling and thrashing, presumably for hours, and STILL her hair is perfect (again, they THINK it looks messy, but what it really looks like is what most people look like 3 hours after carefully doing their hair and not doing anything more than driving to work and sitting at a desk for a couple of hours). Her makeup isn't messed up at ALL.

Two sentences you probably never expected to hear consecutively: "I have a reputation to protect! Hayward, get me get out of here!"
