Why does the heart monitor have to be hooked up continuously if Bianca is only there for observation? The problem that brought her in was a leaky amniotic sack, not a heart condition. In any case, wouldn't they turn down the volume on it? How the hell is Bianca supposed to get any rest/sleep with hours and hours of ultra-fast beeping right next to her head? I used to work in a research lab testing/measuring various kinds of phone calls on PBXs. One of them was akin to a presidential hotline and the ring was strident and FAST -- it was not unlike a newborn's short staccato cries: "WAH- WAH-WAH-WAH-WAH-WAH (that's ONE ring) -- it was VERY stressful having to make that kind of call over and over in order to get an average, so I can only IMAGINE how difficult it would be to listen to that damn monitor all night! Considering how fast it is, why isn't DAVID in there treating her heart condition? That heartbeat was WAAAY faster than is normal for an adult. Kendall is also not very observant if she's just NOW noticing the fast heartbeat. It was only "elevated" over the already elevated level for a few seconds a couple of times.

Since when do homeless people hang out in condo courtyards, and since when are tiny condo courtyards "primo" places to dumpster dive? Yeah, you might find stuff there occasionally, but it's not like people take out fresh garbage EVERY NIGHT. And hanging around DOORWAYS? PUH-LEASE!!! The condo association would have the police there chasing them off in nothing FLAT!

The shadowy figure (and the shadow itself) in the flashbacks to the night of Michael's murder looked like Lena to me. Of course, they are reshooting parts of it. When Michael invited someone in initially, he was looking DOWN at the person -- today he was looking right AT them as if they were each at eye level. The visitor also simply reached over to knock just below the # on the door, as opposed to reaching UP.

Livia warns Kendall that her cross-examination will be BRUTAL. Kendall assures her she's been there before, but Livia points out that it was NOT like THIS will be! Then Livia just LEAVES her there! Hello? Why the hell don't they REHEARSE what Kendall will say? How about a sample of the kind of questions the prosecution WILL ask? Livia doesn't even ASK her about what happened! She's probably charging $1,000/hr to tell her: "It will be HARD!"
