If JAR is so all-fired set to screech on out of the Chandler estate with "Bess" in tow, why the hell doesn't he go ahead and DO that, preacher be damned? Just sitting there LISTENING to him is bound to get him caught -- and it DOES. Man this guy is STUPID.

Someone's not writing Erica in character -- no way in HELL she would have just let JAR go upstairs to fetch the baby while she just stood there cooling her stiletto heels down in the living room.
