Why are Greenlee and Ryan getting dressed for "tonight" if it's still pretty early in the morning? Have they even had breakfast yet?

Where the hell IS this casino? It's supposed to be seaside. Zach tried to convince Bianca to go ahead and go home early -- he had a driver to take on her a long, relaxing drive home. This means that, wherever the hell it is (Jersey shore, PV ocean, whereEVER), it's not CLOSE to Pine Valley. In that case, why is Zach getting so involved in the doings of Pine Valley if it's so far away from the business he came back East to establish? Wouldn't establishing ties with LOCAL businesspeople be more profitable? If he's holding the fundraiser in a city far, far away from Pine Valley, why would the LOCAL people give a flying fig about a charity in Pine Valley?
