Joe walks out of the O.R., looking grim -- as always that means it's GOOD news (for you newbies, if he's smiling, the news is usually pretty grim -- over the years we have come to understand that Dr. Joe has IFED (Inappropriate Facial Expressions Disorder) -- there doesn't appear to be a cure).

Did you get a load of that pretty-boy cop (Ned) Derrick had with him? Where did they find HIM, the Pine Valley Wussy Academy? He not only just STOOD there, he looked SCARED of EVERYONE -- REALLY scared, like he might wet his pants. If Miranda had been there he probably would have shrieked like a little girl! He certainly seemed to have no idea WHATSOEVER of why he was there in the first place.
