Don't you just LOVE the PV criminal justice system? Anyone at all can show up at the police station to hand "evidence" over to Derek. How does he know Ryan actually found the "evidence" at Michael's condo? How does he know Aidan found anything? Sometimes they scoff at the person's stupidity, saying they can't use the evidence because it was illegally obtained, and other times they just say thanks and send it to Forensics for testing. He doesn't even tell the officer what CASE it's connected to, just "tell them to put a rush on it". I'm sure Forensics is just THRILLED at the chain of custody involved in just about ALL evidence they acquire.

If Erica REALLY wanted the cops to buy the act she and Kendall were putting on, she NEVER would have LEFT Kendall in her penthouse alone when accompanying them to the police station. NEVER! Doesn't matter if Kendall owns Fusion -- that's ERICA'S residence and there has to be due process to get her out of there. Why on EARTH would she leave Kendall alone to snoop through/vandalize/destroy/vaporize all her stuff? Why would the COPS leave Kendall there?

Speaking of Kendall and Erica's act, it WOULD appear that they've been in this together from the beginning, or at least from the time Michael was murdered.

UGH!!! I wouldn't blame Brooke for a SECOND if she barfed (or at least spit) into Simone's coffee before handing it to her. Simone manages to turn every breath she takes into a hot-lubed pole dance. What an UTTER skank!
