Babe looks a LOT like a very young Liza Colby. I can't believe they actually named her "Babe". Oh wait -- yes I can! What a STUPID name!

Once again, Jack leaves a woman alone in the park at night with nary a thought in his pretty head about her safety. Most WOMEN wouldn't leave someone alone in those circumstances, let alone MEN!

TAN: I tried to buy a compact freezer today at Sears. The salesperson was busy with something (not another customer, something along the lines of inventory or rebuilding a refrigerator or something); about 10 other sales associates are standing around waiting for customers, but they couldn't cross some invisible line, even when I ASK them to, and the busy guy was the ONLY person who could help me, despite the fact that I was READY TO BUY one. I waited about 10 minutes, then left to check out an appliance store instead, but they didn't have the more ergonomic one I wanted, so I went back to Sears. The salesguy was finally available. So I show him what I want and he goes to the computer to write it up. The computer says it's on backorder, but it WON'T backorder it for ME because I don't have a Sears card. He doesn't offer to open an account, which is just as well, because I already know what a royal pain in the ass a Sears card can be. Mind you, there are BOXES OF THE ONE I WANT sitting right there on the sales floor and he tells me that if I have a friend with a truck, I can buy it today and take it home. So, let me get this straight -- multiple boxes of the ONE item I want are sitting RIGHT THERE on the floor, in stock, and I can take one home if I pick it up and put it on my rickety back, but they can't DELIVER it 4 miles away and the computer considers me a non-entity because I don't have a Sears card, so it refuses to ALLOW me to order one. No WONDER they're closing stores right and left and laying people off! People bend over backwards and jump through hoops to buy something, but they can't be bothered to SELL it!
