Of all places to dump a body in the water, why would Flanders do so at a loading dock? Even Scott Peterson knew to take it out in a boat, and Scott's pretty stupid when it comes to covering his tracks.

Wow, Erica's simper-dip was working overtime today. She must have done about 20 mini-dips just talking to Jack when she first walked into the room!

Okay, they've mentioned Derek's daughter, Danielle, twice now. One more time and it's pretty likely she'll show up by summer.

Lena just stole the formula from Erica's safe LAST NIGHT, although they would have us believe it's been several days at least. How on EARTH could Cambias then have clinical trials going on in South America?

The reconciliation between Erica and Kendall is moving at lightening speed, isn't it? Still, it was nice to see the Kane women banding together and supporting each other.

Does Erica have a backup copy of the tape that Lena stole? If not, they DON'T have any proof that she did it, although I suppose her fingerprints would be all over the safe, especially if her delicate hands were smeared with lotion. I've commented before about the files on Michael's laptop -- unless they have his laptop in their possession already and have already analyzed the contents of the harddrive since last night, they ALSO have no proof that Michael stole the files, and anything KENDALL took from HIS laptop would be inadmissible because it was obtained illegally.
