I know it bugs a lot of people that Erica never seems to produce tears. It bugs me, too, especially since she apparently DOES produce a lot of mucous, or at least gives that impression. Whenever she "cries", she sounds like she has a REALLY bad cold. And I really HATE that hiccuping thing she does in lieu of tears! Consequently, whenever she cries, rather than emotion, what comes across are snot and hiccups.

HIPAA hides its pretty little head yet again as Joe freely tells Kendall all about Jack's condition, despite the fact that she is not related to Jack in any way, shape or form.

Every word and every SOUND that comes out of Simone's mouth is SOOO contrived and phony, even when she's being honest. How is this supposed to make us LIKE her?

Liza asks Greenlee if she saw Simone and the guys leaving. Huh? Tad just walked out of the room and didn't even have to push the elevator button!

Oh look -- Greenlee is actually wearing something with SLEEVES! Little TINY sleeves, but sleeves, nevertheless.

Jack, the DA, was shot. Why isn't there a police officer guarding the door to his room? Not that THAT'S ever stopped ANYONE from going into ANYONE's room. In fact, it usually facilitates it.

Why is Bianca so surprised when Lena asks her if she wants to come into her hotel room? They both walked up to her door together, didn't they?

Man are they ever hammering it over Kendall's head that she is NOT FAMILY, an OUTSIDER, DESPISED, etc., etc., etc. I think even someone who DOESN'T have Kendall's extreme neediness and spitefulness might get pissed off WAY before this point!
