Since when does a first-year med student get hand-picked for a job at a clinic? I doubt she even knows how to do CPR! For that matter, why is she even in med school? I'm pretty sure (but not positive) she didn't go to a 4-yr college before this point, and I'm equally sure one has to do that BEFORE going to med school.

As mentioned by someone else (probably more than someone else), what the HELL time is it in PV? Bianca ponders what other establishment besides SOS might be open AFTER Lena gets off work, yet Maria & family are at the beach and it's "getting dark". Are they in PV or Hawaii? I DID hear waves, meaning they are at Sandy Bottom Beach (dubbed so by vote on rec.arts.tv.soaps.abc) on the PV Ocean, as opposed to at the lake.

Although I had to applaud Simone's good sense in turning down Kenny's wildass and untimely proposal, I'm sure I wasn't the only one who responded to his saying he's being transferred and wants to take her with him with: "TAKE HER!!! TAKE HER, TAKE HER, TAKE HER, TAKE HERRRRRRRRR!!!"

Did it ever occur to Kenny to just say NO to a transfer to the former SOVIET UNION? I don't think it's unreasonable to take a pass on it.

Edmund tells David that they can't imagine what he's going through. Really? Short memories (well, especially Maria) considering that Erica let them think that their baby boy (who was actually Maddie) had DIED.

Well, at least they're ACKNOWLEDGING that Kenny is leaving, unlike they did with the disappearance of Frankie Hubbard.
