Ya know, if Edmund REALLY wanted Maria to "like" him, he might stop to consider that telling her every five minutes that he knows when she's lying to him or hiding something and that he knows her inside and out like a book is not so much of a turn-on as it is a signal to run for your life! He jokes that she can't keep any secrets from him -- yeah, because he'll hound her day and night, watching every breath she takes!

Well, the Fiona murder situation is heating up. Now one of Edmund's sources tells him that Devane is wanted for slicing and dicing his girlfriend and that it was a real bloodbath. Not to make light of someone being murdered (well, okay, I'm making light of it), but she had a nice neat bullethole and some blood, and maybe the murderer used some of that blood to write on the wall, but she looked remarkably intact, other than the bullethole. I think he's overstating the slicing and dicing part unless someone went BACK and worked on her some more, and even then it wouldn't be nearly as bloody because there would not be any blood circulating unless he stuck her in a giant centrifuge. Um ... too much information? Maybe I should stop reading those true-crime novels and watching Medical Detective shows.

Edmund gets downright VIOLENT with Maria. I hate to say this, but judging by their pattern so far, she must be ready to do it up against the WALL after THAT. I am truly disgusted with their entire relationship (especially after typing that previous line and realizing that although they wouldn't go that way (her getting hot), it IS the way their relationship is at the moment). What really gets me is that I just KNOW Maria WILL leave his sorry ass, he'll get together with Brooke AGAIN and then Maria will recover her memory and decide she DOES want Edmund. He is a brooding, self-righteous, VIOLENT kidnapper (this isn't the FIRST time he's done this, after all) and it's always HIS way or he'll MAKE it his way.
