Bianca frets about Enchantment going to hell in a handbasket because Erica has been focusing on HER and not watching her back. Hello? If the company can't run for a few days without Erica's help, then it's in trouble no matter HOW you slice it. Besides, Erica disappears for a LOT longer than that on a regular basis.

Erica tries to reassure Bianca that Enchantment is not important and that Michael can't run a Fortune 500 company from behind bars. Oh yeah? SHE did.

If Michael couldn't even get Daddy's corporate jet to take him out of town, how the hell did he manage to take over Enchantment and Chandler Enterprises (Fusion I can understand -- *I* could have taken THEM over and I don't have anywhere NEAR $500K)?

Michael just took over Chandler Enterprises, Enchantment and Fusion and he chooses FUSION to go crack the whip? Oh wait, that's right -- four nubile young women to harass. I had to admire his admonishments about them dressing like tarts at work, and his insistence on them being their desks and working at 9am every day :-)

Has ANYONE bothered to check out whether or not Michael is even telling the truth about being the majority stockholder in their companies? And why AREN'T any of the owners of any of the companies (except Fusion) majority stockholders ALREADY? Neither Adam nor Erica would ever allow themselves to own less than 51% of their respective companies, so how could Michael buy them out?

Why does Jack have to go do the evidence locker to get a gun? Doesn't he have one at home already? I suppose his gun can be traced, though.

Kendall has to hide behind her door so Michael, who is peering in her windows, won't see her. And STILL she doesn't bother to close the blinds. Are these people physically INCAPABLE of taking even the most primitive of precautions?
