All the judge had to do was watch Michael's face as Bianca testified to know that he DID rape her. His behavior was downright BIZARRE for someone who needed the judge to believe in his "innocence". Of course, the record would only indicate words spoken, not mannerisms. He was worse than Michael Jackson!

There is NOT enough evidence, however, to bring him to trial.

Considering that they had no time to prepare and apparently did NOT have the brains to DEMAND a continuance, none of it makes sense, in any case. I doubt he'll be held over for trial, which will just make everyone even MORE determined to kill him.
