Erica is shocked, SHOCKED I tell ya, that Jackson would ever CONSIDER going after her over a criminal matter. Is she still on drugs? When has he ever NOT gone after her over criminal matters? How often do we find her NOT involved in a criminal matter?

The financial information Liza obtained was obtained illegally -- will Jack go after HER or Alfred VanderPoole over this?

I hardly understood a word Flanders and Aidan said. If those two ever have a conversation TOGETHER, I don't think even closed- captioning would help -- it would probably be deciphered as: "$%n yo o: ntfit nDFL KJSUY DKAIE!!"

Looks like Joni darkened her hair. Maybe she and Scott Peterson went swimming in the same pool and a miraculous hair color transfer occurred.

I can understand why Bianca and Lena didn't hit the sack after all, but it seemed odd that Bianca would leave her room without so much as a hug, let alone another kiss. There was nothing but a lingering, pullaway handhold.

The judge tells Simone and Kenny that he's seen and heard enough to render his decision. Huh? No one was even sworn in, and the cop wasn't even THERE to testify. Talk about a NON-issue! The hookers were colorful, but THEY would certainly be savvy enough about court proceedings to SHUT THE F**K UP!

TAN: I had a bad dream about CandyAss last night. He was one EVIL man! He was also sort of taking the place of Adam, but much worse because Adam usually puts passion into whatever he does. What CandyAss did in my dream was so bad that he put the entire genre of soaps into SERIOUS jeopardy. He was a MAJOR controller and manipulator. Liza was there, too. And Maddie. Erica was in there somewhere, too. CandyAss was definitely doing ME wrong (I guess *I* was Kendall), and I spent most of the dream alternately trying to hide from or defy him. Sorry I don't have more details, but that's a dream for you :-) I DO remember that by the end of the dream I was a sad sort of combination of Ruby Red Dress/Lauren Bacall, which is probably how Kendall is going to end up.
