So now Erica is actually planning to MARRY Chris. UGH!! There is more chemistry between ROCKS than there is between these two! Our only hope is for Chris to succumb to an unfortunate staph infection.

Hayley tells Rosa to tell Lorenzo that they will pick him up first thing in the morning. Mateo makes an allegedly amusing remark: "If he answers my Mom, I'm calling 20/20!" Huh? I don't get that AT ALL.

Ah, at last some reality. Mateo tells Hayley a story about bringing the baby home. As usual, there are candles burning. The entire scene is filled with smoke though (not unlike after the flaming toaster waffle incident at my house last week). Of course, then Mateo goes on to describe how the baby will always remember the sights and sound and smells of that first homecoming. Choking on burning candle smoke -- LOVELY first memory!

After all that there is NO police guard on Vanessa? PVPD -- always gone when you need them!

So is Vanessa faking or not? Time will tell. I vote for multiple personality defense (real or faked). She acted like the "others" knew what "Vanessa" had done and that she was such a bad person. Her going after Maggie at the end of the show could play either way -- Vanessa as OnlyVanessa faking it OR Vanessa.1 making an appearance to take care of loose ends before hiding behind the other personalities.
