Oh, no one can accuse Jackson of any conflict of interest, can they. Chris puts Bianca on the stand again, drags a memory about Frankie's death out of her and not only does Jack not object constantly, but he has NO questions for her! "Thanks Uncle Jack! I like the pony you bought me, too! Are we still going to Disneyland together after the trial?"

Did you notice that when Vanessa told the air about singing a dirge for Greenlee's swan song, the background music lyrics were something about "mother's son"?

How many times is Kendall going to set fire to her motel room? How many times do we have to see Ryan rescue her? I have an idea -- have them both go to the Fidelity for some inane reason, have Kendall swept into the drink by an annoyed hurricane, and have Ryan jump in to rescue her -- NOW -- in whatever freezing temperature happens to be prevalent in the Atlantic in late January. As an added bonus, the hurricane would sink The Fidelity.

Am I the only one who is NOT looking forward to future Kendall scenes? She is so over-the-top cartoonish that she is not even amusing anymore. The writers need to realize that over-the-top is only over-the-top when it doesn't CONSTANTLY happen. It's starting to become like trying to read posts that are in ALL CAPS ALL THE TIME. Stop beating us over the head with it! Actually, I AM looking forward to Kendall scenes if they would just tone her down a little. She's not coming across as wounded-and-acting-out -- she's just a one-note banshee. With the energy she puts into that one note, you could power California for the winter! And get her away from Ryan (I know -- not going to happen).

TAN: Speaking of California and winter, we're actually getting SNOW down to sea level in some places! We see snow on the surrounding mountains every winter (usually later than this, though), but it almost NEVER snows down on the Santa Clara (aka Silicon) Valley floor (which is predicted in some places for Tuesday)! I was amazed to see it almost reach down to Highway 85 today! The last time we had any significant snow was 1976, I think. I remember it well -- I was driving to work and Fleetwood Mac's "Dreams" (Thunder only happens when it's rainin') was playing on the radio. When the rain turned to snow, I was flummoxed! I had NO IDEA of how I was supposed to proceed along the expressway, so, I just kept driving. We would stop at lights and look at around like lost children trying to be brave :-) Yeah, I know, we Californian's are weather wimps; they DID actually close schools in Petaluma (north of San Francisco) today.
