It's in dry dock right now in Essex, Connecticut, and it's waiting for me!" An extremely short time later, he's sitting it a boathouse in PA, NOT Connecticut, waiting to see the boat and he still hasn't bought it. Liar, Liar! At least now I realize that it was ALREADY named Good Hope, not named that by Jake, only to be renamed Paradise. As for the hotly debated location of the Boathouse, perhaps it's actually located in Essex, Connecticut, which is oh-so-convenient to all the townspeople of Pine Valley.

Kendall calls Bianca and tells her she has to see her in person to tell her the most important thing she's ever had to say to her, RIGHT NOW. Then she hangs up, but never tells Bianca where she IS.
