(Wednesday thru Friday)

Myrtle's Boutique used to be a teeny-tiny little hole-in-the-wall shop that could fit into my living room. Now it appears to be the size of museum! Even so, there are hardly ANY customers, as usual. How DOES she stay in business?

Why is Anna acting like everything is all behind her now and she can get her job back and be stress-free just because David copped a plea to the current investigation? It's not like he's not going to turn around and do something just as heinous, if not more so -- probably even BEFORE Christmas!

Speaking of how Anna is acting, is anyone else getting tired of her pissing and moaning about being the size of a circus tent because she's pregnant? Considering her arms look like they belong inside a jar of toothpicks, it's not only annoying, it's downright scary. She'd better actually EAT something if she wants that baby to go to term.

Maria's kids come over and BEG her to come to Wildwind for Christmas. What does Maria say? She doesn't know WHAT she's going to do for Christmas, but she'll "try her best". I don't care HOW confused she is, she is one cold-hearted, selfish BITCH not to IMMEDIATELY tell them that she will be there! They ARE her kids, and it's the FIRST Christmas they can remember that would have their mother with them (it WILL be Maddie's first Christmas with her EVER). I'm trying to cut her some slack, and I can't figure out what she sees in Edmund, but this really frosts me (so to speak). A little while later it seems that she's apparently decided (having agreed NOT to bring Aidan). Huh?

Let me get this straight: Boyd the Chemist is conducting clinical trials of his new perfume or whatever WITHOUT Erica's knowledge and WITHOUT the formula even being WRITTEN DOWN, let alone any kind of formal list of side-effects, etc. Sounds illegal to ME.

Another day, another routine bust for the PVPD which requires the presence of their Chief of Police for no reason whatsoever.

Who goes Christmas caroling at seedy hotels? I don't what WHAT season it is, if a bunch of people suddenly crowded around outside my crappy, roach-infested hotel room and SHRIEKED Christmas carols at the top of their lungs the they did, I'd probably yank the drapes shut and look wildly around for a protective weapon while simultaneously sliding down to the floor to hide! This is the PINE CONE, for Pete's sake -- it's the site of drug deals, prostitutes and afternoon trysts! Were they expecting the motel patrons to bring out cookies and hot cocoa for them?

I can understand Simone's being angry and horrified at what Frankie did; HOWEVER, neither she nor her father seem to accept the fact that it was ANTHONY'S decision to take drugs and it was his OWN fault that he OD'd -- Frankie just happened to be there at the time. And the other people WERE helping him. They may not have done a very good job, but it's not like Frankie just found the guy lying alone in the gutter and did nothing to help him.

Kendall tells Boyd that she has a million things to do before tomorrow. I assume that means "tomorrow" is Christmas (and everyone is just now getting around to thinking about their plans)?

I'm guessing the new stalker (all those "artsy/tipsy camera shots point to looking through a psycho's eyes) is Aidan's identical twin -- well it DOES run in the family. The guy who plays Aidan, though, has enough trouble just saying his OWN lines -- how in HELL is he going to keep TWO roles straight?
