Oh sure, NOW Anna refuses to testify. But what about the countless times in the FUTURE she'll be subpoenaed to testify against him for acts he hasn't yet committed, but we know he WILL? (LOVED that Jackson pretty much echoed my sentiments when he told the lawyer that he hoped he was on retainer since they'll probably keep him VERY busy :-)

Kendall looks like a veritable GIANT when in the same room with Erica and Greenlee ... sigh ... it must be nice to be able to reach things on the top shelves and back freezers at the supermarket without having to jump or climb up or into them.

How is Erica going to react to the fact that David not only got over her, but *married* ANNA of all people! She'll probably write it off as yet another futile attempt to drown his sorrows over losing Erica by going insane and succumbing to Anna's spy tricks.

Is David unsure of his wife's name? I ask this because he keeps adding it to the end of sentences ... after a pause. Every time he does that it makes me question the sincerity of what he says.

Did you notice that it's only raining down the SIDES of Greenlee's windows?
