If Greenlee was FIRED, as opposed to quitting, can she still start her own business in competition with Erica?

Once again, Jake breaks a promise, i.e., he told Greenlee he would call her IMMEDIATELY if he had ANY new information. Then he just WALKS on in, saying he found her father, without bothering to call her first.

Why are they bringing Roger back from Philly to PVH? Don't they have any hospitals in Philly? (I'm not from PA and have never even been there -- am I allowed to call it Philly?)

You know, interventions are never an easy thing to do, but can you imagine EDMUND and his judgmental, self-righteous, condescending stares being part of one? It gives me the shudders just to THINK about it! I'd probably have to be taken away in a straightjacket due to THAT alone! Oh, it wasn't an intervention -- it STILL made me shudder, though. UGH! This ISN'T helping with my extremely expensive tooth-root-cracking gritting problem. Grrrrrr ... DOH!!

Erica grits her own teeth and dramatically says she has to talk to both Bianca and Frankie. After a little hemming and hawing, she offers Frankie help with her drug problem. And here I thought she actually WAS going to give them the dental-dam speech. I suspect, instead, that she's going to try to ship Frankie off to rehab.

I thought Leo turned OFF his cell phone. Why did he turn it back on and answer it in the one place it really SHOULD be off (PVH)?
