Boogie Chillen July 16, 2001 (Monday)
If Bianca wanted Erica to rush over to SOS IMMEDIATELY to meet her
about something important, why would she send email -- does Erica
hover over her AOL account all day and night? I know Bianca didn't
do that, but why wouldn't Erica think it was odd, when a simple
phone call, cell or otherwise, would suffice?
You've just found out that your teenage stepson might have murdered
someone. He's involved, one way or another. The police could show
up asking questions at any second. Do you a) Get the facts straight
in your head so you are prepared, b) turn him in, or c) get soused?
LOD: Gabriel to Bianca: "Was your mom FLIRTING with me?" ROTFL!
Erica will NEVER give up hope on Bianca going straight :-)
So Dixie DID go to the Pine Cone Motel for sex -- right the first
time!
I LOVE Leo's expressions as he envisions what a disaster a party with
Greenlee and Laura might be, not to mention his waiting for the other
shoe to drop, in general.
I'd also like to amend an observation I made in the Friday update:
Erica is wielding a fireplace poker this time, not a massive letter
opener. Our Erica is a regular McGiver when it comes to improvising
lethal weapons from everyday household implements to use on her
past, present and future lovers. Off the top of my head: she
stabbed Dimitri with a letter opener; she knocked David Hayward
unconscious with a small hand-mirror, tossed him down the nearest
laundry chute, dragged him to an antique carpenter's vise where she
chained him and stuck his fingers in the vise (I believe she also
seriously considered using a hammer on his precious hands (the
acetylene torch was MY suggestion, not Erica's)); then there are the
assorted knick-knacks, vases, glasses, etc., that she throws on a
regular basis. Greenlee has a ways to go in that dept, although she
earned bonus points with the axe from the hallway fire cabinet in
Ryan's loft.
Derek makes a dramatic gesture of pulling out Tad's business card,
which he found on the floor of the boathouse. That boathouse sees
more traffic than the 101 freeway at 7:45am -- I don't think he has
much of a case with THAT. The BLOOD, on the other hand ...

Did Derek dramatically hold out the murder weapon which was: a
gallon-size Ziploc bag?

a ZipLoc bag is just plain embarrassing" Coutellier
