Enchantment's CEO is in jail and before they even have an arraignment, Erica SHUTS DOWN THE COMPANY? Geez, talk about fly-by-night! And I thought the stockholders would be pissed about the bad publicity! Erica is hardly ever there ANYWAY -- can't the place run itself for a day or two without her? A little later in the show, Greenlee says the stock prices didn't even flinch that morning, even though Erica is in jail, and that's because of HER (Greenlee). Huh? How would potentially starting a different ad campaign with Lacey's late the night before save the stocks from plummeting on the bad news.

Who developed the film for Frankie? Did she take them to Wal-Mart? Did the photo people keep copies for themselves?

When she took a close look, did Erica not notice that there were unburned negatives in the fireplace, or did she just ignore them? Or did she do it on purpose? Hmmmmm.

Is Erica THAT stupid that she doesn't realize the police would quickly and easily figure out that the gun used to kill Frankie was not the gun Erica brought back to the scene?

Bianca breaks all the bottles on display in Erica's office -- man that place is going to REEK! How could she and Leo STAY there and talk without asphyxiating?
