Why doesn't Leo have his own office or at least cubicle? Even Dilbert gets his own cubicle!

Okay, I think I get it now -- people in PV don't inappropriately have sex against their better judgment (or total lack thereof) -- they do it because of SAXOPHONE MUSIC! It worked for Bill Clinton, but I had no idea that it's siren song was so powerful that people were utterly powerless when seduced within it's primal grip of sensual saxuality! Never mind hit-men (and women), feds, murderers, wall-women or drug-addled teenagers -- KILL THE SAXOPHONIST!
