Upon being informed by Alex that David is in critical condition due to Leslie pumping massive amounts of painkiller into his IV, Dimitri asks: "Is there anything they can do?" Me: "Pump more painkillers?"

Nitpick: Joe tells Vanessa that David is in the cubicle. Cubicles don't have doors, they have curtains or partitions. David is in a ROOM.

I haven't seen much of Anna, but I already like her a lot more than Alex. How is it that the actress playing Alex sounds stilted and uncomfortable playing a dual-role twin scene, but the actress playing Anna does not? Since it's the SAME actress, I must now assume that whoever is writing Alex's character is deliberately writing her to be so boring, bland and stiff that they WANT us to FF her scenes.

Anna: "I was looking out the window and I had this overwhelming desire to be FREE, to leap off a cliff into a river or sail around the islands of Capri!" Alex asks if those are things she remembers doing with Robert. Anna: "No, but I do have a feeling that this restlessness is connected to him somehow." Girl, Dr. Robin can diagnose you right now: you're HORNY!

Ryan reminds Gillian about the body that they found in the hunting lodge about a year ago. Gillian: "Yeah, but that was AGES ago!" I think if I had found a dead body (which then disappeared without a trace after I stuffed it into a closet), it would probably seem like YESTERDAY for a VERY long time!

LOVED David's dream sequence, especially the countdown to flatlining and Vanessa asking about the champagne! All things considered, though, shouldn't Leslie have been in the party crowd (in an red straightjacket and red Baby Jane makeup) leading a conga line (she'd HAVE to lead, since she wouldn't be able to hold onto the person in front of her)? And did you notice that they all wore their usual style, but in all red? Dr. Joe in his lab coat and tie with an red headlamp), Dimitri in an red turtleneck, Tad in an red Tshirt with a sportcoat, Leo in an red leather jacket and red shirt showing lots of chest, Jake with his red labcoat with an red tshirt underneath with an red stethoscope around his neck, Vanessa in an exquisitely tailored red designer suit with an red necklace, Alex with an red shawl over a long tunic/pants combo, Ryan in his red Dockers and open-collar dress shirt, and Gillian in her tightly cinched, red sleeveless "Princess" ensemble, including red opera-length gloves and an red tiara -- ROTFL! Then Dixie showed up in all-white flowing chiffon while angels sang, at which point it became a nightmare.
